To your inspection, I bring over 40 years of personal experience with me. I am a third generation builder and have been working in the land development and building industry from the age of eight. I love everything about the industry, but have discovered my passion is in home construction. Working in the family business, I have learned many different construction related trades and been involved in the building of over 1,000 properties. While in college, I ran an equipment rental business. After receiving my Bachelor of Science in Business Management degree, my sister and I started a general contracting business which we operated in Virginia and North Carolina.

In 2014, I started performing home inspections. By the end of 2015, I had completed over 300 inspections. I am certified by both AHIT (American Home Inspector Training Institute) and ASHI (American Society of Home Inspectors). I also hold an A-Contractor license and frequently participate in continuing education training to stay on trend and up-to-date. I am able to complete my inspections in a timely manner and deliver the report to you the same day as your inspection. I cover a large territory and thoroughly enjoy inspecting homes, from new construction to historical, (the oldest home being from 1778!). I pride myself in not only my knowledge, but my honesty and integrity as well. I look forward to putting my years of training and experience to work for you!
