water heaters, drain pipes (exterior not camera’d), water flow, well pressures
Attic:
framing, sheathing, insulation, ventilation
HVAC:
visual on units (no load test or pressures & balances), temperature differentials, air flow, return filters
Basement:
walls (structural), doors, outlets, switches, lights, receptacles, windows, lock sets, floors (structural), ceilings (structural), columns
Crawl Space:
foundation walls, piers, girders, joist, vents, ductwork, plumbing pipes, insulation, moisture and termite (complimentary only)
